Who is Noble Valerian?

I am an artist/designer living in upstate NY (though relocating soon). I have an insane passion for digital art as well as logo, web, and print design. I have created logos for local bands and regularly complete contest entries on 99Designs. In addition, I have developed standards compliant websites for local artists and businesses. I am constantly striving to improve my skills in web development, digital and traditional art, and design. I am currently spending a great deal of effort on mastering Adobe Illustrator, as the majority of my experience the last few years has been in Adobe Photoshop. I devote time every day to my passion because there is always more to learn.

Speaking of more to learn, I took a strong interest in game design in 2011. I experimented with an event driven software called Game Maker 8 and it was a lot of fun. I found that I enjoyed making the art for characters and worlds and even the story more than the challenge of making it all work on the technical side. Fortunately, programs like that make it easy to create. Now with Game Maker 8.1, and having recently acquired Torque 2D, I have a renewed interest in hobby game development. I will undoubtedly spend some time exporing the aforementioned tools and flexing my creative muscles.
